Xavier Desmarest

Xavier Desmarest is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the yachting industry and business consulting. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Grand Large Yachting since April 2003, Xavier leads a group that encompasses several shipyards, including Outremer Yachting, Allures Yachting, and Garcia Yachting, as well as service companies like Grand Large Services and EFT. Prior to this role, Xavier served as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from January 1999 to March 2003, and held positions such as Project Manager for International Business at Telediffusion de France and Country Representative at Schneider Electric. Xavier holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon.
