Currently serving as the Executive Director at Grand Lifestyles since April 2025, Laporsha previously held multiple positions, including Executive Director and Interim Executive Director at Anthem Memory Care from September 2017 to April 2025. With a background that includes roles as Business Office Director, Administrative Assistant, and Dining Supervisor across various organizations, Laporsha has developed a diverse skill set in management and operations.
