Dennis Goodhart

Dennis Goodhart has a diverse work history spanning over 17 years. Dennis is currently the Director of Business Development & Growth at Grand Lux Realty, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for DHG Realty Group starting in September 2020.

Before their venture into the real estate industry, Dennis held various roles at IP Network Consulting from 2007 to 2020. As the Founder and Principal, they managed global mission-critical projects, including network design and implementation, project management oversight, and cost control audits for Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions.

From 2016 to 2019, Dennis served as the Managing Director at Abilita, a nationwide independent communications consulting company. Here, they provided expertise and managed all phases of Business Communications Technology Consulting.

Dennis also worked as a Managing Partner/Consultant at Aseismic LLC in 2009 and as a Consultant for the ING Clarion's International Real Estate Division in 2008. Additionally, they served as a Global Account Manager at Juma Technology in 2006 and as a National Account Manager at Masergy Communications Inc. in 2004.

Throughout their career, Dennis has gained extensive experience in business development, real estate consulting, project management, and communications technology consulting.

Dennis Goodhart holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from Pace University. Dennis also has additional certifications including a New York State Real Estate Salesperson certification from the New York State Department of State. Furthermore, they obtained a First Class Radio Telephony License and is a member of the IEEE organization.
