Philippe Poncet

Philippe Poncet is an experienced legal professional specializing in real estate law and project management. Currently serving as a Juriste immobilier and Chargé de projets at Grandlyon Habitat since December 2022, Philippe has also held the position of Juriste at SCP PEQUEGNOT since September 2019. Previously, Philippe was the Responsable service juridique at ADLIR CONSEILS from February 2022 to December 2022 and served as Juriste at SCP DELAVENAY from September 2004 to August 2019. Philippe began their career as a Clerc stagiaire at SCP GASTALDELLO from September 2002 to September 2004. Philippe holds a Maitrise in droit privé from Université Grenoble Alpes, completed in 2002.
