Sarah Dunlap

Sarah Dunlap is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing onsite operations at Steiner Ranch HOA for GrandManors since October 2019. With a strong background in property management, Dunlap has held leadership positions at Nations Property Solutions and First Service Residential Realty, where responsibilities included client liaison, project management, and property preservation. Earlier career highlights include roles as a property manager and bid writer at Field Asset Services, as well as as the owner and CEO of Dance Associates, Inc., where Dunlap established a successful community outreach program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
