Hanna Wertz

Hanna Wertz, LMSW, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at GRAND Mental Health since October 2023. Previously, from August 2023 to October 2023, Hanna worked as an Inpatient Psychiatric Therapist at Parkside Psychiatric Hospital & Clinic, where responsibilities included completing psychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Prior experience includes serving as an Outpatient Social Worker at Children's Mercy Kansas City from June 2021 to May 2023, focusing on partnership and co-production in the Neurology and Neurosurgery Clinics, as well as roles as a Social Work Intern at both the same institution and Heartland Community Health Center. Hanna holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from John Brown University.
