Rony has over 18 years of expertise in information technology, including in-depth experience in managing IT compliance and audit requirements. As CIO for GRAND, Rony oversees all company systems and technology needs, as well as leads the organization’s digital transformation and related business practices. Before joining GRAND, he spent 8 years developing and leading IT strategies for a world-leading, publicly traded manufacturing firm based in Tulsa, OK.
Having received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in software engineering with a minor in Mathematics, Rony most recently earned a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Tulsa. A servant leader with a strong sense of community engagement, his volunteer experience includes Tulsa Area United Way, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Oklahoma, Crosstown Learning Center, and Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa.

GRAND Mental Health offers a variety of programs and services for individuals of all ages. We provide outpatient services which include Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Individual Rehabilitation, Group Rehabilitation, Case Management Services, and Medication Management Services. Programs offered for children and adolescents who have increased behavioral health issues is Systems of Care / Wraparound Services. Other programs we offer on a limited basis include Mental Health Court and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
