Chief Human Resources Officer at GRAND Mental Health

Trica joined GRAND Mental Health in 2015 as the benefits administrator. Prior to that, her career had been in HR and risk management fields in retail, public power, and small business HR consulting. Trica says her entering the mental health field came at a perfect time, as circumstances around her gave her a personal connection to the mission of GRAND Mental Health.

Trica has held many positions at GRAND. In her current role, she oversees all the human resources, learning and professional development, and marketing/public relations functions for GRAND. This includes developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, and compensation. Her learning and professional development duties include fostering a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and driving organizational growth through effective learning strategies. Her role also gives her responsibility for overseeing the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, playing a vital role in the organization’s growth, and providing influence in creative and business strategy.
