Suzy Meyer

Suzy Meyer, Ed.D., serves as the Area Chief of School Leadership at Grand Prairie Independent School District, a position held since August 1997, following various roles including Executive Director of School Leadership, Principal, and Assistant Principal within the same district. Prior experience includes a teaching role at Grand Prairie ISD from June 1993 to May 1997. Dr. Meyer earned a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a Superintendent Certification and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, a Teacher Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science were obtained from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
