Sean Marr

Sean Marr serves as an Assistant Professor at Grand Rapids Community College within the Secchia Institute of Culinary Education since January 2023. Marr has a diverse background in the culinary and hospitality industry, holding titles such as Executive Chef at multiple establishments, including Muskegon Country Club and SE4SONS Gastropub, and a Business Development Specialist at Halperns' Steak & Seafood. Additionally, Marr contributes to the Saugatuck Township Fire District as a Sergeant, Firefighter/EMT, and actively participates as an EF Board Trustee for the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Food and Beverage Management from Baker College, and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at Eastern Michigan University.
