LaSandra Gaddy

LaSandra Gaddy currently serves as the President and CEO of Grand Rapids Community Foundation, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, LaSandra was the Chief Executive Officer at Women's Resource Center from March 2017 to February 2024, where the focus was on empowering women through meaningful employment to break the cycle of poverty. LaSandra also served as the Vice President of Advancement at Inner City Christian Federation from April 2013 to March 2017, overseeing affordable housing initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Chief Development and Communications Officer at Mel Trotter Ministries and holding vice president roles in private and business banking at PNC and Chase. LaSandra holds an Executive MBA from Grand Valley State University's Seidman College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cornerstone University, along with additional leadership training from Inforum Center for Leadership and The Washington Campus.
