April Razmus

April Razmus is an experienced professional with a strong background in team management and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Service & Planning at Grand Rapids Label since October 2014, April previously held the role of Demand Planning Analyst. Prior to this, April worked at Fifth Third Bank from October 2009 to May 2014, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 20 agents, coaching for accuracy, and enhancing customer experience in a Contact Center environment. Earlier experience as Office Manager at Razmus Ventures involved overseeing office operations and managing significant construction projects. April holds a High School Diploma, having been homeschooled in Grandville, MI.
