Kathleen Olin

Kathleen (Kat) Olin has extensive experience in legal counsel and compliance, having held key positions in prominent financial and investment management firms, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer roles at Advent Capital Management, LLC, and Aperture Investors, as well as Deputy General Counsel at Indus Capital Partners, LLC. Since 2017, Kathleen serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Grand Rapids Label, a company specializing in custom pressure-sensitive labels. Additionally, Kathleen contributes to The Chiral Project as a member of the Advisory Council, promoting effective women leadership in the workplace. Kathleen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Duke University.
