Mandy Keller has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz since April 2014 in various roles, including MZ Spezialistin Health & Spa Rezeption and multiple positions in the Health & Lifestyle Restaurant "Verve by Sven" and Restaurant "Bel Air." Prior to this, Mandy Keller was employed as Empfangsmitarbeiterin at Hotel Artushof and Hotelfachfrau at Mercure Hotels. Mandy Keller holds a degree in Hotelfachfrau from BSZ für Gastgewerbe Dresden "Ernst Lößnitzer," obtained between August 2010 and July 2013.
