West Hilburn

West Hilburn's work experience begins in 1996 as a Supervisor at TV Guide. They then worked at Cingular Wireless from 2000 to 2006, first as a Training Delivery Specialist and then as a Call Center Manager/Transition Manager. From 2007 to 2007, West worked at DIRECTV as a Trainer, focusing on improving the productivity of the customer service team. They joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2007 and held multiple roles, including Inside Sales Manager, Trainer, and Manager – Projects Focused. Currently, West works at Grand River Dam Authority as an Information Systems Project Manager & Business Systems Analyst, leading an ERP implementation and aligning business needs in finance and human resources to ERP modules.

West Hilburn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Oklahoma State University, starting in 1991 and finishing in 1995. Prior to that, they attended the United States Air Force Academy in 1990, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree or field of study from there.
