Tom Lean is a System Administrator in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role, Tom worked as an I.T. Support Analyst in healthcare, at a financial institution, and at a retail company. Tom also has a background in the U.S. Army, serving as a Chemical Operations Specialist during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Tom's experience includes setup and support of various financial software and providing technical support to a large number of users.

We are very pleased to have received a 5-Star rating for our care center and a 4-Star rating for the hospital from Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS). This keeps Grand River Health in the top 21% of hospitals in the nation and in the top 5% of long term care centers in the nation. In the spirit of continuous improvement we pursue a 5-Star rating for the hospital because we believe our community deserves only the best in their healthcare.
