Rafi Majeed

Rafi (he/him) joined GRH as interim Vice President Digital, Insights, Improvement & Innovation in January 2023.

Rafi is a business technology executive and tech startup advisor with 20 years of experience, leading digital transformation, advanced analytics & innovation for the most recognized brands such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO and CIBC.

Rafi’s most recent experience was as the Chief Digital Officer for BDO where he led BDO Canada’s digital transformation, advanced analytics & innovation strategy and execution. He also performed a dual role with BDO Global to design & drive the global digital acceleration program for the network.

He brings a strong reputation as an expert consensus builder and trusted member of executive leadership teams (ELT) as well as a solid reputation as an engaging, thoughtful and caring leader.

Rafi holds a Masters of Information Systems from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering from N.E.D. University of Engineering & Technology.
