Mark Van Lieshout is the current Director of Agency Relations and Expansion at Grand River Insurance. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding various positions such as Territory Manager, Manager of Commercial Lines, Marketing Manager, and Commercial Lines Underwriting and Marketing Manager.

Mark began their career in insurance at West Bend Mutual in 1986 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. Mark then moved to Secura mutual in 1993 and became their Commercial Lines Underwriting and Marketing Manager. In 2001, they left Secura to join Utica National as their Marketing Manager. After four years there, they moved to Integrity Insurance where they served as their Marketing Manager for five years. In 2009, Mark became the Manager of Commercial Lines at Wilson Mutual Insurance. Mark stayed in this position for three years before taking on the role of Territory Manager at Selective Insurance in 2012, where they managed seven production underwriters in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

In their current position at Grand River Insurance, Mark is responsible for expanding the company's relationships with agencies and increasing business opportunities. Mark is a highly experienced and respected insurance professional, and under their leadership Grand River Insurance is sure to continue to grow and thrive.

Mark Van Lieshout has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lakeland University.
