Virginia Crowe, CPLP has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Virginia served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, where they implemented HR programs and provided guidance to the executive leadership team. Virginia also held the position of Vice President of Guest Experience at the same resort. In addition, they worked as the Vice President of Guest Experience for Meruelo Gaming, overseeing the Grand Sierra Resort and SAHARA Las Vegas.

Virginia also has experience in training and development. Virginia served as the Director of Human Resources/Training & Development at Red Hawk Casino and was responsible for employee relations and training programs. Virginia also worked as the Director of Training & Development and Retail & Wardrobe Manager at the same casino.

Outside of the hospitality industry, Virginia was a member of the Board of Directors at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows and served as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Zingle. Virginia also contributed to the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a Board Member and Director of Membership.

Prior to their leadership roles, Virginia worked as an Account Executive at Vernon Sales Promotion, where they assisted businesses with their promotional advertising strategies. Virginia also taught vocational education and home economics classes as an Adjunct Instructor at Lake Tahoe Community College.

Early in their career, Virginia worked at Harveys Resort & Casino in various positions, including Costume Coordinator, Laundry/Wardrobe Supervisor, and Retail Services Supervisor. Virginia was also recruited to serve as the Hotel Operations Trainer, where they facilitated customer service classes and assisted in opening new casinos.

Virginia Crowe, CPLP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Design from the University of California, Davis, where they attended from 1989 to 1992. Virginia has also earned several additional certifications, including "Marshall Goldsmith - What Got You Here Won't Get You There" from Dale Carnegie Training in 2016, "Certified Professional in Talent Development" from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in 2015, and "Certified ServSafe Instructor & Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor" from the National Restaurant Association in 2014.
