Usman Afzal

Usman Afzal has over a decade of experience in system support and cyber security, currently serving as the System Support and Cyber Security Manager at Grand Stores LLC since September 2012, following roles as Senior System Support and System Support Executive. Previous experience includes working as IT Incharge at Radio 1 FM91 from September 2007 to May 2010. Usman is pursuing advanced studies, including a Master of Science in Cyber Security at the University of Gloucestershire since September 2024, and master's degrees in Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence at MIA Digital University, Spain, which began in October 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Al Khair University (March 2008 - March 2012) and a Diploma in Associate Engineer in Computer Technology from Pak Polytechnic Institute (April 2001 - June 2004). Additionally, Usman is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Information Technology, certified in 2012.
