Dennis Arouca

Dennis Arouca spent his career in business and law in Industrial America, primarily with Arcelor Mittal, the world’s largest steel company, where he served in US and global HR leadership roles, and Conrail, the freight railroad, which was a major reorganization/privatization/IPO of financially struggling assets. Dennis serves on the boards of the Grand Traverse Area Manufacturing Council, and Northern Michigan Angels, which invests in regional start up companies. His prior Board experience includes Philadelphia Gas Works. Dennis received a JD from Temple University School of Law, BA from University of Massachusetts and graduated from the Wharton School of Business-Univ of Pennsylvania Advanced Management Program.
