Matt Peal

Matt Peal serves as President at Impact Business Group, a strategic staffing company focusing on Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, and Engineering since November 2005. In addition, Matt is a Member of Grand Ventures, which supports founders during the early stages of business development, and was a Member of Grand Angels, an active investment organization in Michigan, from November 2015 to January 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Market Manager at Source EDP from February 1995 to October 2004 and as a Software Engineer at MWI from January 1992 to February 1995, specializing in application development for the Banking, Credit Union, and Automotive sectors. Matt Peal holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Ferris State University.
