Douglas Hughes

Douglas Hughes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Douglas began their career at St. Josephs Medical Center in 2002 as a Clinical Manager in the Emergency Department. Douglas then moved to Main Line Health - Paoli Hospital in 2005, where they served as the Director of Nursing. In 2007, Douglas joined Main Line Health System as the Director of Nursing, and later became the Vice President at Main Line Health from 2012 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Grand View Health, first as the Chief Strategy Officer and currently as the Chief Executive Officer.

Douglas Hughes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Non-Profit at Alvernia University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
