Tony Biddle has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Grandover Resort since May 2004, where previous roles included Director of Operations and Director of Food and Beverage. Prior to this position, Tony held the Director of Food and Beverage role at Tarrytown House from March 2003 to April 2004, and at Omni Jacksonville Hotel from January 2001 to March 2003. Tony began a focused career in food and beverage management at Hilton Jacksonville, serving in the same capacity from 1998 to 2001. Education was pursued at the University of South Carolina.
