Riche Z. is a co-founder of Spade Labs, a stealth startup leveraging generative AI to democratize access to market data and intelligence since April 2022. Currently serving as an independent board member for Lullabot and participating in the Techstars Oakland cohort in 2023, Riche has previously completed a residency with Antler in New York. Experience includes holding roles at Helm as SVP & General Manager for Enterprise Products & Services and as a consultant, and at IBM as Program Director for Growth & Customer Marketing within the Cloud & AI division. Riche also contributed to the launch of Colgate's connected toothbrush web experience and established digital and product strategy consulting practices at Phase2 and 4Site Interactive Studios. Early career included strategizing digital campaigns for major clients at Hill Holliday. Riche Z. holds a BA in Community Media & Technology from UMass Boston and certificates in Digital Business Strategy from Columbia Business School and New Venture Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Grandstage's insights engine uses machine learning to give social media influencers plain language, bite-sized insights and recommendations on how to create more engaging content, helping them land bigger/better/more brand deals.80% of social media influencers make the bulk of their income from brand sponsorships, but 70% of thoseinfluencers are unable to earn a livable wage. We want to help influencers increase discoverability and engagement to increase their revenue potential.
