Xiaofeng Xu has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Xiaofeng started their career at Applied Computing Devices as a Software Engineer in 1994, where they led a team of 5 software engineers in developing a fault management system for telecommunication networking. Xiaofeng then worked as a Contractor at Cambridge Interactive Development Corp., where they designed an online commerce project and developed internet business transaction tools. Xiaofeng then joined Analogic as a Contractor, where they played a key role in the development of radiography quality assurance view station and administration tools. Next, they worked at GE Healthcare as a Lead Systems Designer, where they designed an improved architecture for the PACS system using J2EE and UML. Xiaofeng later moved to GE Healthcare IT as a Lead Systems Architect, responsible for the overall system requirement, design, and specification of the GE PACS system. Currently, they serve as the VP of Software Engineering and Product Management at Grandstream Networks, where they oversee the software engineering and product management teams.

Xiaofeng Xu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University in the years 1988 to 1992. Following that, Xiaofeng pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology during the period 1993 to 1995.
