Jayce Yard

Jayce Yard is an accomplished UX design professional with extensive experience in leading and managing design teams. Currently serving as the Global Head of UX Design at GrandVision NV since January 2020, Jayce oversees a UX team responsible for the user interface and experience of over 30 retail brands. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer at GrandVision NV, and UX Designer at Essent, where responsibilities included leading the Essent Design System and managing branding and retention funnels. Jayce has also worked as a freelance UI/UX designer for various companies, including Swiss Sense and Montèl, contributing to brand identity and design systems across multiple projects.

Educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design from Academie St. Joost Breda and Multimedia Design from Grafisch Lyceum Eindhoven.
