Laurène Watrelot

Laurène Watrelot is the Head of Customer Success at Graneet. Prior to their current role, Laurène served as Digital Transformation Project Manager at SNCF Réseau from April 2019 to August 2019. In this role, Laurène was responsible for designing a digital tool for the follow-up of building sites as part of the Greater Paris project. Some of their key responsibilities included conducting user research regarding team collaboration and construction site supervision, proposing a functional architecture, and benchmarking existing construction site monitoring solutions. Laurène also created no-code and low-code prototypes using SNCF-approved tools such as Microsoft Flow, Kizeo Forms, OpenDataSoft, and Teams.

They work with Enzo Dozias - Co-Founder, Herbert Zamora - Sales Team Lead, and Raphaël Moulin - Co-Founder & CTO. Their manager is Jean-Gabriel Niel, Co-Founder.
