In 2003, they joined Grange Insurance Association and held various positions such as Claims Administrative Supervisor, Director of Operations, Director of Customer Experience, and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Management. Their extensive experience in different roles showcases their expertise in strategic planning, customer experience management, and operations leadership.
Crella Downey has attended Bellevue College and obtained a certification as a Certified Insurance Counselor from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
