Abdulrahman Aljamea

Abdulrahman Aljamea serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management at the Department of Government Enablement since October 2025. Prior to this role, Abdulrahman held several strategic positions at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) from January 2014 to October 2025, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy Risk & Resilience, where responsibilities included overseeing DEWA's strategic direction and performance management systems. Additional experience includes roles at Emirates Global Aluminium, where Abdulrahman advanced from Associate Credit Risk Analyst to Head of Credit Risk Analysis, and at Emirates Islamic as an Assistant Relationship Manager. Abdulrahman holds an Executive MBA from the American University in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubai.
