Tad Richards has extensive work experience, primarily in finance and assurance roles. Tad started their career at EY in 2004, where they worked as an Assurance Staff until 2006, before being promoted to Assurance Senior. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Assurance Manager, and from 2012 to 2019, they held the position of Assurance Senior Manager. In 2019, Richards joined Grange Insurance Association as VP and CFO.
Tad Richards holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business-Accounting from the University of Washington in 2003. Tad completed their high school education at Mark Morris High School. Tad also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Washington, which they obtained in 2006.
