Rajganesh R. serves as the VP Finance and CFO at Adecco since December 2022, also holding the roles of Ad interim CEO from October 2023 to April 2024 and interim business head for the HR consulting division from April 2024 to September 2024, focusing on pension assets management. Prior to Adecco, Rajganesh accumulated extensive experience at Ford Motor Company from April 2002 to December 2022, notably as Head of Finance for Material Cost & Investment and Manufacturing, overseeing material cost targets and operating budgets for vehicle production. Rajganesh also held key financial roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and E & Y, contributing to internal audits and management assurance services. Academic qualifications include membership in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Internal Auditors, with a CIA designation in internal audit.
