William Bulman possesses extensive experience in business analysis and systems engineering, primarily within the insurance industry. Previously, William worked at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company from July 1995 to September 2010, where roles included Senior Solutions Engineer and Systems Engineer, focusing on claims processing systems and developing technical specifications for offshore programming teams. Earlier in William's career, a position as Reports Analyst at 800-Software involved producing sales analysis reports and automating report generation with VBA for MS Excel. William holds an M.S.B.A in Business Information and Computing Systems from San Francisco State University, a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Software Testing and Quality Assurance Certificate from Bellevue College.
