Cheryl McRae Lebens

Cheryl McRae Lebens has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Cheryl started their career at Safeco in 1993 as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Nationwide Insurance as the AVP of Strategic Planning and stayed with the company until 2012. After that, Cheryl joined Grange Insurance, where they held multiple roles including AVP of Sales Strategy, Chief Strategy Officer, VP and Chief Risk & Strategy Officer, and most recently EVP and President of Personal Lines. In addition to their work in the insurance industry, Cheryl also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Fintech71 from 2017 to 2021. Throughout their career, Cheryl has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, risk management, sales, and financial planning.

Cheryl McRae Lebens received their MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications - Journalism from the University of Washington from 1989 to 1993.
