Damon J. Porter

Damon J. Porter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Grange Insurance since May 2018, Damon oversees all HR functions and has developed strategic initiatives supporting the company's business goals. Prior to Grange, Damon held various senior HR roles at Erie Insurance Group, including Vice President of Talent Management, and led HR operations at Duke Energy as Vice President of HR Planning & Integration. With a strong foundation in analytics and compensation strategies, Damon also contributed to HR functions at Cinergy and gained early experience in strategic marketing at Lexmark. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Kentucky and advanced executive education from the University of North Carolina and the Wharton School of Business.
