Devon Blank

Devon Blank has worked as the Organizational Change Management Communications Lead at Grange Insurance since December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for defining the messaging strategy and communications plan for stakeholder communications. Additionally, they worked closely with key team members and gathered information to revise plans and meet business needs. Prior to this, Devon worked as the Corporate Media Manager at Claddagh Irish Pubs from September 2006 to December 2011. In this position, they managed website and social media content for 15 pubs across 8 states, maintained corporate focus in the online presence, and created internal communication emails for Area Directors and General Managers.

Devon Blank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2009. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on MBA and Leadership at Ohio Dominican University, completing it in 2018. Additionally, Devon has obtained various certifications, including Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2019, and a CXAP (Customer Experience and Analytics Professional) certification from THE CIOP INSTITUTE in 2016.
