Linda Roubinek leads the development and execution of the enterprise’s corporate strategy to fulfill Grange’s mission and vision and drive profitable growth. She also leads the company’s key transformational focus areas including systems modernization program, business process management, and operational excellence functions, in addition to digital/customer and agent experience, project management, and innovation. Previously, Linda served as the Chief Customer Interactions Officer and prior to Grange, served in various technology leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance.
