Joanne Kulbacki is a highly experienced individual in the construction industry, currently working at Granger Construction since March 2012. Prior to that, Joanne worked at Skanska USA Building Inc. for over a decade. Joanne holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
