Craig Davis

Craig Davis is an experienced interventional pain specialist currently serving as Chairman of the Board and a member of the Board of Directors at Granger Medical Clinic since September 2011. In addition to his clinical role, Craig holds positions as a member of the Utah Physician and Surgeons Licensing Board since October 2017, Vice President of the American Academy of Pain Medicine-Utah Chapter since March 2015, and President of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians-Utah Chapter since November 2013. Craig completed a Clinical Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and an Anesthesiology Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2007 to July 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida.
