Ron Shelton

Ron Shelton is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Advisor at Syntiant Corp. since May 2024. Shelton holds additional leadership roles as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at QuickLogic Corporation since August 2025. Previous positions include Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Navitas Semiconductor from April 2022 to March 2024, and Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Parabellum Acquisition Corp. from 2021 to 2023.
