Junior CRM Developer (costa Rica)

As a member of the Operations team, the Junior Developer-CRM works with a team of Developers and Analysts to provide application support to Simpleview’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other related products for clients.  Support requests for a Junior Software Developer include performing basic customizations on a clients system, creating client reports, data maintenance and updates in a web application.  Current technologies used include Javascript, ColdFusion, Angular and SQL with an upcoming shift to Node.JS and React.  This is an entry level position with opportunities to advance quickly. 

What your impact will look like here:

• Generate reports using provided templates, basic SQL, ColdFusion, and JavaScript
• Customize client web sites using CSS, JavaScript, Coldfusion, and SQL
• Work with CRM Project Managers and Analysts to review work orders and gather any additional requirements that are required
• Test all completed work to ensure proper and error free functionality
• Complete and respond to all change requests
• Follow best-practices and standards and demonstrated by your leads.
• Update all project notes and statuses daily within the internal Simpleview system
• Maintain accurate time records
