Lalita Raman is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building high-performing recruitment teams and driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational growth. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Granicus since November 2017, Lalita has successfully led efforts to attract and employ a diverse global workforce. Previous positions include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vertafore and Senior Manager of Recruiting at ClientSolv Technologies, where significant contributions were made to improve team performance, increase revenues, and manage full life cycle recruitment processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business with a focus on Global Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as an MBA in Human Resource from Pune University.
