Alan P. Krusi

Alan Krusi is an experienced board member and corporate leader with a robust background in the mining, construction, and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director for SSR Mining Inc. and Granite Construction, Alan also holds the position of Outside Director at Lithko Contracting, LLC. Previous directorships include Comfort Systems USA, Alacer Gold Corp., Boxwood Merger Corp., Layne Christensen, and Blue Earth, Inc. Alan's executive experience includes serving as President of Strategic Development at AECOM and CEO and President at Earth Technology Corp. Alan holds a BA in Geology from UC Santa Barbara and has an educational foundation from the United States Naval Academy.
