Dan Polenz, P.E. has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, specifically in the construction industry. Dan has held various roles throughout their career, including Corporate Director - Construction Quality at Granite Construction, where they provided support to business units and implemented policies for continuous improvement of construction operations. Prior to this, they served as Senior Quality Manager at Kiewit, where they established quality improvement objectives for major projects and ensured ISO 9001 compliance. Dan also worked at Bechtel Corporation as Deputy Program Quality Manager/Senior Quality Engineer for the Jubail Industrial City project, where they implemented quality objectives for design and construction contracts. Overall, Dan has a strong background in quality management and has demonstrated their ability to lead and implement improvement strategies in their roles.

Dan Polenz, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines, completing their education from 1985 to 1989.
