Joe Wugman

Joe Wugman is an experienced project scheduler and manager with a strong background in construction. Currently serving as Project Scheduler at Judlau Contracting, Inc. since September 2012, Wugman has prior experience as Project Scheduling Manager at Granite Construction, where responsibilities included preparing construction bid schedules for major projects like the Tappan Zee Bridge and Moynihan Station. Wugman's career includes significant roles at Perini Construction, URS Corporation, Kvaerner Process, and Burns & Roe, encompassing various responsibilities such as supervising project status, setting up bid schedules, and preparing cost reports and progress measurements.
