Max Windham

Max Windham is a seasoned professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Granite Construction since June 2018. In this role, Max designs and oversees initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities, alongside managing the organization’s learning management system. Prior to this, Max held managerial positions at Layne Christensen, where a focus on creating a modern learning culture was implemented, and at Baker Hughes, leading global teams to develop learning content across various domains. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase, emphasizing quality assurance and coaching within HR services. Max holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lamar University and has a diverse educational background, including a B.S. in General Studies with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, and Human Resources from Lamar University and UTHealth Houston.
