Max Windham is a seasoned professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Granite Construction since June 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase, emphasizing quality assurance and coaching within HR services. Max holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lamar University and has a diverse educational background, including a B.S. in General Studies with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, and Human Resources from Lamar University and UTHealth Houston.
