Anthony O'Shaughnessy, MPA has worked primarily in business development and substance abuse counseling roles. Starting in 2015, they worked at the Farnum Center as a Substance Abuse Counselor and later as a Program Coordinator until December 2020. Their responsibilities at the Farnum Center included coordinating programs and providing counseling services. In December 2020, they transitioned to Granite Recovery Centers, where they have been working in the Business Development role.

Anthony O'Shaughnessy, MPA began their education at Tabor Academy, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Anthony then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Trinity College-Hartford, from 2000 to 2004. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, from 2017 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Anthony O'Shaughnessy also obtained an Alternative IV Teaching Certification in Spanish and History from the State of New Hampshire in September 2011.
