Jessica Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development operations and enablement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development Operations & Enablement at JM Search since April 2025, Jessica previously held key roles at Vynamic, including Business Development Operations Senior Director and Business Development Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing the full lifecycle of offerings and overseeing CRM and reporting capabilities.
