Kevan Gorrie has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on executive leadership roles. Kevan served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Granite Real Estate Investment Trust since 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of President & CEO at Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Gorrie also worked at Oxford Properties Group as the Vice President, Industrial from 2007 to 2012. Kevan started their career at Realstar Management Partnership, where they served as the Vice President, Eastern Canada from 1998 to 2007.
Kevan Gorrie has a B. A. Sc. Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto. Kevan also completed the ICD.D program at the Institute of Corporate Directors. Currently, they are pursuing the ESG Designation Program (GCB.D) at Competent Boards.
