Ngaio Halsey

Ngaio Halsey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative trading and leadership roles across several prestigious firms. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Granite River since September 2024, Ngaio previously held the position of Global Head of Spot & Futures Market-Making at Keyrock, where responsibility included managing a team of over 70 and overseeing more than $100 million in assets under management. Earlier, at Crédit Agricole CIB, Ngaio was the Lead Algorithmic Trader for Interest Rate Derivatives, and prior roles included Senior Quantitative Strategist at Tudor Investment Corporation and Quantitative Strategist at Citadel. Education includes a Master's degree in Quantitative & Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Linguistics from the University of Washington.
